We had the pleasure of finding ways for how several forestry and bioeconomy clusters in the north of Sweden could team up and strengthen their branding power. The assignment included interviews, survey and leading workshops with private and public stakeholders from five cluster networks in the three northernmost regions in Sweden.
Titled ‘Process management of regional branding process for bio-economy clusters in Northern Sweden’, the aim was to agree on a common platform for joint branding, international marketing and development of the bio-economy in this region. One concrete output of the process was a creation of a common portal for jointly marketing the clusters, as well as joint participation in trade fairs and development and innovation projects.
