Clusters and Oslo’s Brand Strategy and co-organisation of Nordic Place Branding Conference 2015
Oslo Region Brand Management Strategy is an award winning strategy for the capital of Norway created in 2015. Oslo Brand Toolbox was a tool launched in Autumn 2016. This has been made possible by the Oslo Brand Alliance – Oslo Region, Oslo Business Region and Visit Oslo.
We worked with the Oslo Region with how clusters and business networks in the greater Oslo area could benefit more from Oslo’s brand. We mapped the needs and interests of 11 clusters, ran a workshop together and wrote recommendations.
The aim was to show why and how place branding strategies are used and together found ways to make more use of Oslo’s activities for the clusters, helping them get more international talent and access to international value chains.
