Webinar: Summary of experience exchange on crisis management in the tourism industry

Register to event

Tourism destinations worldwide are going through the worst crisis in modern times – and are forced to repurpose their marketing and development efforts and be innovative and creative in their crisis response in order to help tourism actors survive.

In order to support primarily Nordic municipalities and DMOs, we organised a series of six webinars with the aim of sharing experiences and innovative practices.

The focus was on both short-term actions to help the industry survive, as well as long-term actions to prepare for rebuilding the industry when the crisis ends.

In this webinar, we will now present our conclusions from the webinar series, summarized in a report that will be finalized until the webinar.

The event is without charge.
