Future Place Leadership has been hired by Swedish Institute (SI) – the Swedish government agency responsible for encouraging interest and trust in Sweden around the world.
The aim of the assignment is to develop recommendations for how SI can better support the attraction of international talent to Sweden, both within its current mandate from the government but also to prepare for any future, broader mandates that SI will be given.
This will be done mainly by interviewing different stakeholders in the Swedish talent attraction ecosystem, such as the regions, science parks and trade associations, as well as decision makers at SI. The recommendations will draw on previous analyses that have been carried out by SI and others.
The final recommendations will be delivered in the beginning of 2020.
