The LBSP is the largest Life Sciences & Health (LSH) campus in the Netherlands that brings together young talent, researchers and entrepreneurs to work on achieving longer, healthier lives for everyone.
FPL helps optimize the journey for (future) LBSP customers – international business, investors and talent – by providing the information they need in the different phases of relocation. Spot on information has proven to convert acquisition and retention efforts into success.
We applied a three step approach:
1) What info needs per use case?
2) How well does LBSP respond to those needs, according to its customers?
3) What actions will help close the gap between expectations and info provided?
As regards the latter, we have one rule of the game: actions must be implementable within a year. Focus on do, do, do.
One deliverable agreed upon is ‘LBSP at a glance’: info & references on the assets that matter most to businesses and talent in one view, at a central place. Information that’s equally relevant for the public and private providers in the Park: to stimulate growth and innovation.
