Future Place Leadership has teamed up with the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) to support the government of Lithuania in attracting and retaining talent.
The collaboration seeks to enhance Lithuania’s national efforts and capacity to formulate, develop and implement the right strategies and operational activities within Talent Attraction Management by taking into account good practices and lessons locally and internationally.
Director of Talent Attraction & Business Development of Future Place Leadership, Morten King-Grubert: “We are excited to work with ICMPD and all the actors in Lithuania within talent attraction and retention.
A situational analysis of the region will make sure we do not reinvent the wheel. Mapping and understanding past and current activities is fundamental as we move towards capacity building. On top of our key findings from Lithuania we will add international best practice on a strategic and operational level.
Although we obviously will present our conclusions with a report of recommendations, we mostly look forward to being present in Lithuania and help create change leadership and implementation of new methodologies to foster increased efficiency and effectiveness of talent management of the Lithuanian national authorities and the local entities.”
