We are very excited about our new assignment aimed at helping the municipality of Skellefteå in Northern Sweden developing their work to attract and retain talent.
Over the coming decade, around 3 000 new jobs will be created in the Skellefteå region, largely thanks to the new Northvolt battery factory. The investment into the new factory is as such one of the biggest investment projects in the Nordic region – and it has already created knock-on effects in the form of follow up investments into the ecosystem around Northvolt.
Our task is to carry out a feasibility study and propose recommendations for new work modes and organisational solutions to take the Talent Attraction Management (TAM) work forward. We employ our TAM model in the work, and conduct interviews and workshops with different public and private stakeholders.
