New digitalisation projects with Region Halland

We are excited to have been chosen by Region Halland in Sweden to help speed up digital transformation in the tourism, culture and education sectors in two different assignments.
In the first project we till work with the process management of the VIAkub Halland effort to help companies in the tourism, culture and education sectors to innovate and adopt new digital work modes. Our role will be to analyze and present trends and scenarios and help create a platform and arena for learning and innovation.
The second assignment is more strategic in nature. Here we will help the region develop a new strategy for how to help digitalise the cultural sector, through process management of strategy workshops with stakeholders and analysis of the current situation in the region as well as of digital trends.
We have previously worked with the region on investment promotion and place leadership, and are really happy to continue this great collaboration.
