Now they also need to adapt to a post pandemic world, changes in the industry related to remote work and talent preferences that shifted.
From war on talent to talent collaboration?
As a founder of European Talent Mobility Forum, Future Place Leadership is dedicated to share best practices and develop state of the art solutions to places across the world. Yes, we are aware that on paper, places appear to be competitors. However, our experience shows that in reality, places share so many challenges locally that a cross regional/border partnership does provide value. With entities engaged from Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain and the UK, we are moving from war on talent to knowledge sharing and talent collaboration.
