We are pleased to partner with ART-ER Attractiveness Research Territory – the Joint Stock Consortium of Emilia-Romagna leading their talent attraction and retention efforts. Together we will develop a pilot for collaborative talent attraction services. Focus will be on a profile ‘most wanted’ by a number of employers in the region. Future Place Leadership will utilize our insights on value proposition, company engagement and global employer place branding activities and develop a targeted campaign with an innovative pre-selection process.
The specific target group (profile) to attract will be based on labour market data and local demand urgency. For this profile we will design a campaign strategy including what countries and demographics to target, which place/life and career assets to show and what channels to use. All of this is based on research data. Via ads on social media we actively reach out to the target group and try to induce/increase their interest in the Emilia Romagna region. The talents are lead through the funnel from initial interest towards qualification in a fun and engaging way. The desired call to action: being introduced to one or more employers looking for candidates like them. Ultimately, the employers decide on accepting the candidates delivered for further selection and hiring.
Partner & Director of Talent Attraction and Busines Development at Future Place Leadership, Morten King-Grubert: “We are pleased to have onboarded long time collaborator from The Hague region Nicole van Haelst to help us service places in their campaign activities. With this expertise we make open jobs in a region such as Emilia-Romagna more visible amongst a specific group of people that would otherwise not have considered a career in the region. The combination of tech, place and company branding proves a strong formula and helps convert interested candidates into qualified leads. Engaging with talent in the pool is facilitated and will definitely leverage the attraction efforts in later stages.”
