What is the Minimum Viable Space for the modern human? What is the Minimum Viable Place? What impact will future urban trends such as climate crisis, migration, growing cities, smart city technologies, new mobility solutions play in how we work with public space as well as private space?

Urban Development and the Present and Future Space of a Modern Human was the title of a seminar we moderated at the opening of the KODA Park Tallinn, Estonia. Kodasema produces modular houses and KODA Park is a new innovative concept where public space, placemaking and building community are highly valued.
