Working with Invest in Skåne to improve municipalities’ investment promotion

Future Place Leadership was recently hired by the regional investment promotion agency of Region Skåne, Sweden, to help the 12 municipalities of the Malmö-Lund region to develop their value propositions to investors.
We have carried out several training workshops and coaching sessions, and the participating municipalities have pitched their value propositions to their colleagues, Invest in Skåne and us, to receive feedback and tips.
We will also develop an overall value proposition for the 12 municipalities combined, including the most relevant and attractive strongholds and assets of the region, to be delivered in spring 2022.
