Camilla – Talent Attraction

Camilla is a communication strategist and marketing specialist with more than 15 years of experience, specialising in digital talent attraction and place branding.

Before joining the Future Place Leadership team she was the co-creator of a digital platform gathering senior consultants, developed by one of Sweden’s largest HR-groups. She has also been the Marketing Manager for Sweden’s 4th largest shopping mall, focused on strengthening the place brand and the position as a vibrant city center that combines retail, food experience, culture and community. Apart from that she was also running the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in LA for a few years, which involved project management of various initiatives to connect Swedish creative industries with the entertainment industry in LA. One of the largest projects was The Swedish Affair, gathering hundreds of different companies and public stakeholders during a 3 day event in LA.

She is also a killer at 8-ball, and once she won the whole informal 8-ball tournament at the KFOR military camp during a field trip in Kosovo.
