Do you want to know how Finland attracts and retains international talent?
The Government of Finland has just published a Talent Boost Cookbook Finland. This is a collection of projects that cities, regions universities and others do for Talent Attraction Management. Finland is unique for many reasons. One of them – she does and does a lot as a country to co-ordinate her international talent scene.
This is a part of the national Talent Boost programme and a sign how #FinlandWorks.
We are very proud and humbled to have had the chance to write this and help Finland work even better. The structure of the Cookbook follows the Talent Attraction Management (TAM) framework and methodology.
